A quick and delicious creamy garlic pasta dish that requires minimal cleanup and is perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add pasta and enough milk to cover it.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook until the pasta is al dente.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle extra Parmesan on top when serving. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
