Description

A quick and delicious creamy garlic pasta dish that requires minimal cleanup and is perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta and enough milk to cover it.
  3. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook until the pasta is al dente.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle extra Parmesan on top when serving. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
