Description

A delicious casserole combining tender chicken and creamy ingredients, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 5 Tbsp butter (melted)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well until everything is smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken layer.
  5. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes

Serve with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
