Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for lighter version)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
