- 2 tbsp oil from a jar of oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped with herbs
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 8 oz small pasta shells (about 2 cups)

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (approximately 8 oz)

- Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, combining everything well.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the kosher salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it simmer.
- Add the small pasta shells to the pot. Cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
