Description

A creamy, garlic-infused pasta dish with succulent chicken and sun-dried tomatoes that’s perfect for impressing loved ones.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or penne pasta
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; once done, drain it and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until it’s golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Toss in the pasta and combine everything.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes

Consider adding spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor. Taste as you go to adjust seasoning.
