Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside to rest.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, then add sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, and Parmesan. Stir and let simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and cook for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
