Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside to rest.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, then add sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, and Parmesan. Stir and let simmer.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and cook for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version or use coconut cream for a dairy-free alternative.
