Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
