Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
