Description
A vibrant and flavorful dish of ground chicken, spiced up with sriracha and complemented by bright bell peppers.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Cook ground chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar, and let bubble for 1 minute.
- Add the chopped bell pepper and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve over a bed of greens or as a filling in lettuce wraps. For an extra chilly pairing, enjoy with a cucumber salad.
