Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer the shredded lettuce, cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and pickles.
- Drizzle the ketchup and mustard on top of each bowl.
