Description

A simple, hearty lasagna recipe that uses no-boil noodles for a quick and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • No-boil lasagna noodles
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Ground meat (beef, turkey, or sausage)
  • Marinara sauce
  • Egg
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground meat until browned. Drain excess fat and mix in the marinara sauce.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the ingredients: spread a layer of meat sauce, place a layer of no-boil noodles, and spread a layer of the ricotta mixture.
  5. Repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce and topping with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
