A simple, hearty lasagna recipe that uses no-boil noodles for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- No-boil lasagna noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Ground meat (beef, turkey, or sausage)
- Marinara sauce
- Egg
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground meat until browned. Drain excess fat and mix in the marinara sauce.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer the ingredients: spread a layer of meat sauce, place a layer of no-boil noodles, and spread a layer of the ricotta mixture.
- Repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce and topping with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to mix different types of cheeses or add vegetables for extra flavor and nutrients.
