Description

A low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, these rolls are filled with seasoned ground beef, creamy cheese, and vibrant veggies wrapped in a low-carb tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb tortillas or cheese wraps


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook your ground beef until it’s beautifully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, and cook for another 5 minutes until they’re tender.
  3. Stir in the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella until melted together into a creamy mixture.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, tasting as you go.
