Ingredients
- 1 lb beef steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 medium bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low carb tortillas or rolls
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until soft.
- Add the sliced beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
