Description

Delicious Italian Slider Buns made with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on sweet Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 count slider buns (Hawaiian rolls)
  • 12 slices ham
  • 12 slices salami
  • 12 slices pepperoni (large rounds)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice your slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese over the buns.
  4. Sprinkle the roasted red peppers and banana peppers on top.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter and Italian seasoning.
  6. Place the other half of the slider buns on top and brush the tops with the butter mixture.
  7. Cover the dish with tinfoil and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with more butter if desired.
  9. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some garlic powder to the butter mixture. Mix and match meats or cheeses based on your preference. Top with fresh herbs after baking for added flavor.
