Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced onion, garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
