Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic together.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
