Description

A quick and delicious dish that features succulent shrimp tossed in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic together.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
