A delightful dish combining sweet honey garlic butter chicken with creamy mac and cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp butter (for mac & cheese)

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 12 oz elbow macaroni (cooked al dente)
- 2 tsp smoked paprika (for mac & cheese)
- 2 tsp garlic powder (for mac & cheese)
- 2 tsp salt (for mac & cheese)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (for mac & cheese)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add marinated chicken, and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Stir in butter, honey, and chopped parsley.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, cooking until golden.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it bubble gently.
- Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
- Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve warm or store in airtight containers for meal prep.
