Description

A delicious and easy dish featuring salmon glazed with honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey glaze over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the salmon to prevent it from becoming dry. Adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of honey used. Add red pepper flakes for heat if desired.
