Description

Delicious and cheesy breadsticks perfect for dipping and sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  7. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add minced garlic, and parsley.
  8. Brush the garlic butter over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  10. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into sticks and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara, ranch, or pesto. Can add herbs or spices for extra flavor.
