Ingredients
- Hashbrown patties
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Cheese
- 1 lb Sausage or ham
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Onion (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the hashbrown patties in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns.
- Add cheese and cooked sausage or ham on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or switch proteins. For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
