Description

A delicious and hearty casserole packed with hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, and cheese, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.


Ingredients

  • Hashbrown patties
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 1 lb Sausage or ham
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Onion (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the hashbrown patties in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns.
  5. Add cheese and cooked sausage or ham on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
