Quick and delicious Ham and Cheese Sliders perfect for gatherings, game days, or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 (12-ounce) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 thin slices deli ham
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mix with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and kosher salt.
- Cut the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally without separating them and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer 6 slices of Swiss cheese on the rolls, then add the ham slices, followed by the remaining Swiss cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Brush the butter mixture on top and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 7 to 8 minutes until browned.
- Cut into individual sliders to serve.
Notes
Serve warm on a platter. Pairs well with potato chips, pickles, or salads.
