Description

Quick and delicious Ham and Cheese Sliders perfect for gatherings, game days, or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 thin slices deli ham
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mix with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and kosher salt.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally without separating them and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  4. Layer 6 slices of Swiss cheese on the rolls, then add the ham slices, followed by the remaining Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  6. Brush the butter mixture on top and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 7 to 8 minutes until browned.
  8. Cut into individual sliders to serve.

Notes

Serve warm on a platter. Pairs well with potato chips, pickles, or salads.
