Description

Ingredients

  • 200g udon noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add carrot, bell pepper, and mushrooms, stir-frying until tender.
  5. Add cooked udon noodles and bean sprouts to the skillet.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Toss everything together, cooking for a few minutes until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
