Ingredients
- 200g udon noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent.
- Add carrot, bell pepper, and mushrooms, stir-frying until tender.
- Add cooked udon noodles and bean sprouts to the skillet.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together, cooking for a few minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
