Ingredients
- 2 inches Fresh Ginger Root
- Juice of half a Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
- A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- A pinch of Turmeric (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Water
Instructions
- Wash and peel the ginger.
- Slice the ginger into smaller pieces.
- Place the ginger, lemon juice, water, and honey (if using) into a blender.
- Blend until slushy.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
- Discard the pulp and pour the juice into a shot glass.
Notes
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2–3 days. Shake before use if you added honey or lemon.
