Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer.
- In a bowl, mix Buffalo Wild Wings sauce, chicken broth, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then pour over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and set aside.
- Add pasta and heavy cream to the crockpot, making sure the pasta is submerged.
- Cook on high for 30 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
- Mix in the shredded chicken and Parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
