Description

A comforting and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken and creamy garlic Parmesan pasta, perfectly made in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer.
  2. In a bowl, mix Buffalo Wild Wings sauce, chicken broth, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then pour over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and set aside.
  5. Add pasta and heavy cream to the crockpot, making sure the pasta is submerged.
  6. Cook on high for 30 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
  7. Mix in the shredded chicken and Parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
