- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the skillet: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbling.
