Description

A fun and tasty twist on a classic burger, these rollups are filled with ground beef, cheddar cheese, and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; mix well.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkle of shredded cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with garlic butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
