Ingredients
- Meatballs
- 1 can Condensed French onion soup
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the meatballs, condensed French onion soup, beef broth, and sliced mushrooms.
- Stir in cooked rice and mix well.
- Top with shredded Gruyere cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, sauté the sliced mushrooms in butter before adding them to the casserole. You can customize by adding different vegetables or using different cheeses.
