Description

Delicious sliders filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and melted Swiss cheese, perfect for gatherings and easy weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Swiss cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Horseradish sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer roast beef on the bottom buns, add caramelized onions, and top with Swiss cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns over the filled bottoms.
  5. In a small saucepan, warm the beef broth and stir in horseradish sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the warm broth mixture over the sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
