Description

A delightful one-pan meal that combines juicy chicken breasts with rich, buttery noodles, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the remaining butter and mix until melted.
  7. Slice the chicken and serve over the buttery noodles.
  8. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
