A delightful one-pan meal that combines juicy chicken breasts with rich, buttery noodles, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the remaining butter and mix until melted.
- Slice the chicken and serve over the buttery noodles.
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
