Description

A flavor-packed burger combining spicy jalapeños and creamy cheese, perfect for barbecues or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • ½ cup (120 ml) diced fresh jalapeños
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • ½ cup (120 ml) ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced jalapeños and cream cheese until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
  3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and cook the beef balls, pressing down to flatten. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top 4 patties with the jalapeño and cream cheese mix and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. Place the other 4 patties on top to create double-decker burgers.
  5. Toast hamburger buns in another pan until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers on toasted buns, drizzle with ranch dressing, and add lettuce if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding toppings like bacon, avocado, or sautéed onions. For spicier options, use pickled jalapeños.
