A flavor-packed burger combining spicy jalapeños and creamy cheese, perfect for barbecues or cozy dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- ½ cup (120 ml) diced fresh jalapeños
- 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- ½ cup (120 ml) ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced jalapeños and cream cheese until well combined. Set aside.
- Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and cook the beef balls, pressing down to flatten. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top 4 patties with the jalapeño and cream cheese mix and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. Place the other 4 patties on top to create double-decker burgers.
- Toast hamburger buns in another pan until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers on toasted buns, drizzle with ranch dressing, and add lettuce if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding toppings like bacon, avocado, or sautéed onions. For spicier options, use pickled jalapeños.
