Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Mint Extract
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 cup Holiday Sprinkles (optional)
- granulated or powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and mint extract while mixing until fluffy.
- Pour in the milk, and mix until everything comes together into a smooth, pliable dough. If it’s too sticky, add a little more powdered sugar.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm the mixture.
- Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll them into small balls (about 1 inch).
- Roll each mint in granulated or powdered sugar (or sprinkles if desired) until coated.
- Place mints on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about an hour to set.
