Description

Delicious no-bake cheesecake cups made with Greek yogurt for a lighter treat that’s quick, easy, and customizable.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6-8 graham cracker sheets
  • Fresh berries, for topping
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Layer crushed graham crackers at the bottom of each cup.
  4. Add a thick layer of the yogurt-cream cheese mixture on top.
  5. Top with fresh berries or chocolate chips.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt and don’t skip the lemon juice for the best flavor. Customize with toppings of your choice.
