Description
Delicious no-bake cheesecake cups made with Greek yogurt for a lighter treat that’s quick, easy, and customizable.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6-8 graham cracker sheets
- Fresh berries, for topping
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Layer crushed graham crackers at the bottom of each cup.
- Add a thick layer of the yogurt-cream cheese mixture on top.
- Top with fresh berries or chocolate chips.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt and don’t skip the lemon juice for the best flavor. Customize with toppings of your choice.
