Description

A comforting and flavorful meal featuring tender pork chops and creamy Parmesan garlic sauce, perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 boneless pork chops (about 1 to 1.5 inches thick, can use bone-in)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or oil)
  • 1 pound gold baby potatoes, cut in half
  • 12-ounce bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Season both sides of the pork chops with this mixture.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter (or oil) and brown the seasoned pork chops. Once browned, remove them from heat.
  3. In a slow cooker, add the cut potatoes and place the browned pork chops on top.
  4. In a bowl, mix Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce, heavy cream, and grated parmesan cheese. Pour this mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes until everything is tender. Optionally, top with chopped parsley before serving and spoon sauce over the pork chops when serving.

Notes

For added flavor, let the pork chops marinate in the seasoning for an hour before cooking. Layer the potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker for even cooking. Add crushed red pepper flakes for heat, if desired.
