Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and then coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture.
