Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and then coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
