Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Place tortillas on a flat surface and layer with sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them back in the air fryer for 5 minutes until crispy.
