Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 2 hours, then drain.
