Ingredients

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
  6. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, adjusting to taste.
  7. Finally, add cooked ramen noodles to the pot and mix well.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes
