Ingredients
- 200g ramen noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
- In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, adjusting to taste.
- Finally, add cooked ramen noodles to the pot and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Add sesame seeds or a drizzle of chili oil for an extra flavor kick. Adjust thickness of the sauce with more or less broth.
