Description

Delicious warm bagels topped with a creamy mixture of cheese, bacon, and chives.


Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Slice the bagels in half and spread the mixture generously over each half.
