Ingredients
- 4 bagels
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Slice the bagels in half and spread the mixture generously over each half.
- Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly golden brown.
