Description
Sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese make for a perfect quick breakfast or brunch treat.
Ingredients
- 8 Sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices Bacon
- 6 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
- Add beaten eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the same skillet and scramble until fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the bottom halves with crispy bacon, followed by scrambled eggs, and finish with cheddar cheese.
- Press the top halves of the rolls down gently onto the filling.
- Melt butter in a microwave, stir in ranch dressing mix, and brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Hawaiian rolls can be substituted with any soft dinner roll. For a lighter option, use milk instead of heavy cream.
