Description

Sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese make for a perfect quick breakfast or brunch treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  4. Add beaten eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the same skillet and scramble until fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  6. Layer the bottom halves with crispy bacon, followed by scrambled eggs, and finish with cheddar cheese.
  7. Press the top halves of the rolls down gently onto the filling.
  8. Melt butter in a microwave, stir in ranch dressing mix, and brush over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Hawaiian rolls can be substituted with any soft dinner roll. For a lighter option, use milk instead of heavy cream.
