Description

Delicious and hearty breakfast sliders packed with flavors of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese, perfect for brunch or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Ground pork sausage
  • Crispy bacon
  • Sharp cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. In a separate bowl, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook in a non-stick pan until fluffy.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese between the rolls.
  5. Serve warm as mini breakfast sandwiches.
