Description

Start your morning with warm, cheesy sliders filled with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 pound ground pork sausage
  • 4 strips of crispy bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Break it into smaller pieces with a spatula as it cooks. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, stirring gently until fluffy and slightly runny, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon (broken into pieces), and cheddar cheese on top of the rolls.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwich filling, pressing down slightly to compact them.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into individual sliders to serve. Enjoy warm.

Notes

These sliders are versatile; feel free to adjust the fillings to suit your taste and can be made ahead of time.
