Description
Start your morning with warm, cheesy sliders filled with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and crispy bacon.
Ingredients
- 8 Hawaiian rolls
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 pound ground pork sausage
- 4 strips of crispy bacon
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Break it into smaller pieces with a spatula as it cooks. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, stirring gently until fluffy and slightly runny, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon (broken into pieces), and cheddar cheese on top of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwich filling, pressing down slightly to compact them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into individual sliders to serve. Enjoy warm.
