Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with your choice of seasonings.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool before breaking into chips and serving.
