Description

Wake up to a creamy bowl of Cookie Dough Overnight Oats, packed with flavors of indulgent cookie dough into a nutritious and delightful breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (or cacao nibs)
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dairy free milk
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together: rolled oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Pour in the wet ingredients: dairy-free milk, peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until everything is fully incorporated, forming a thick mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture between bowls or storage containers, ensuring they’re sealed or covered to lock in freshness.
  4. Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until you’re ready to enjoy your delicious oats.

Notes

These oats can be served with extra toppings like chocolate chips, maple syrup, or fresh fruits. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
