Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup raspberry puree
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the raspberry puree.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm, about 1-2 hours.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip the truffles in the melted dark chocolate to coat, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Optional: Dust with cocoa powder or top with a fresh raspberry.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for better taste. Smooth raspberry puree is essential. Chill longer if mixture is too soft.
