Description

Delightful chocolate truffles with a rich chocolate and tart raspberry blend, perfect for special occasions or sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the raspberry puree.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip the truffles in the melted dark chocolate to coat, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Optional: Dust with cocoa powder or top with a fresh raspberry.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for better taste. Smooth raspberry puree is essential. Chill longer if mixture is too soft.
