Description

Delicious and easy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps filled with creamy cheese and tender chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend lunches.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix everything until it’s creamy and well combined.
  2. Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken filling into the center of each tortilla. If you want, add some optional vegetables.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the outside of each wrap generously with this mixture.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes on each side until they are golden and crisp, and the cheese has melted inside.
  6. Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or garlic aioli.

Notes

Best served warm with dipping sauces. Use leftover chicken to save time and add spices for extra flavor.
