Description
A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip perfect for game day or parties, made easily in a crock pot.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar, and mozzarella.
- Stir until well blended.
- Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Stir again before serving and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or veggie platters. Adjust the buffalo sauce based on your spice preference.
