Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and potatoes; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cheeses, bacon, and milk; cook until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through.

Notes
