Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, carrots, and celery and cook until tender.
- Stir in the beef broth and potatoes; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the cheeses, bacon, and milk; cook until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
