Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir to combine and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning according to your spice preference. Adding vegetables such as spinach or zucchini can enhance nutrition and flavor.
