Description

A no-bake fudge recipe featuring rich white chocolate, crushed Butterfinger bars, and swirls of caramel, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for garnish)
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt together the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the vanilla extract and half of the crushed Butterfinger.
  4. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly, and drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it.
  5. Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top, followed by the second round of caramel drizzle and swirls.
  6. Top with the rest of the crushed Butterfinger and optional garnishes.
  7. Chill for at least 3 hours or until fully set, then lift out using the parchment and cut into squares.

Notes

Keep your fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Can be frozen if wrapped and stored correctly.
