Description
A no-bake fudge recipe featuring rich white chocolate, crushed Butterfinger bars, and swirls of caramel, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for garnish)
- A pinch of sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- In a medium saucepan, melt together the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and fold in the vanilla extract and half of the crushed Butterfinger.
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly, and drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it.
- Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top, followed by the second round of caramel drizzle and swirls.
- Top with the rest of the crushed Butterfinger and optional garnishes.
- Chill for at least 3 hours or until fully set, then lift out using the parchment and cut into squares.
Notes
Keep your fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Can be frozen if wrapped and stored correctly.
