Description
A spicy, creamy dip that’s perfect for game day and gatherings, served warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for added flavor and save time. Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spiciness and experiment with different cheeses.
